are not we ignoring the fact of almost failed thing or event? i believe, we must analysis the cause of almost failure. whenever this punch line to be used, it means that assigned work was on the urge of failure and its someone luck that this failure didn’t happened. but, we should not forget this or escape from this by just saying “all well, if ends well”. we must find out where the things went wrong? believer me friends, in 99% cases you will find that mistake was done at very first step. due to same, all work been wrong. that’s why, i have named this article “are you a good finisher or good starter”? for any work, it is very important that process must be initiate correctly. it is very important to define the process, initiate correct and clear work pipeline, proper assign roles and responsibilities, clearly defined timelines, clearly defined budgets too. all this factors help to create good and clear funnel which lead successful implementation of work and assure success. but alas!, there are not many firms or leader who do the same thing. it is not like that, they don’t know this but somehow they failed to do the because they have trained in same fashion. a confused start keep you always in dilemma of results whereas, a calculative and measured pipeline will assure the success. a good starter always be confident and comfortable about any challenging situations. a good starter always think about “what, why & how”. these questions help a starter to define a route plan to achieve goal whereas, a finisher start work without thinking the purpose of work and try to reach to goal asap which teste him sometime success and most of the time failure. a slow start is acceptable because correct thinking process takes time but after defining the flow chart, work can be done in estimate time. so friends, it gyan to everyone that don’t much bother about result, first think straight and steady and ones the process is define, go for result. this is simple and wining strategy and in vice-versa, a confused process implementation always lead you towards either failure or almost failure. author madhur1234 posted on august 27, 2018 categories uncategorized 2 comments on what is important – start or end? getting investment, easy or difficult? “start-ups”, it is not new word for entire world now a days. we have seen lots successful start-ups different parts of world. in fact, today young generation don’t believe in working for fixed hours job for money; but they take risk and do something, for which they are passionate about. start-ups are not only restricted for technological formations or developments. they experiment in various industries and concepts which can lead nations or people for new horizon. it is never be easy to get the investors on board. it is difficult to present an idea in effective manner and convince them to invest their money in someone else dream. it is very important to keep in mind that whenever investor show interest in any project. he just not considers the concept or idea, in fact his evaluation will be based on person who present the idea. only thinking any idea is not important but how will it will become real that’s the main line of business. is that person is capable enough to drive his idea to generate revenue or return on money invested. idea can be very good and lucrative, but success will not be assured without having clarity on execution. a clear process flow helps to understand the starting phase of project. success = 1% of idea + 99% of effective and efficient execution. before pitching an idea to investor, it is very important to understand “why investor will invest money in your idea?” “what are investor’s wants?” “what is his point of view for idea?” if we summarise the investor’s want in one line, they just need the assured return on their investment. when investor decide to put money in any idea, they are not very much assured about the success or in how much time their return will be bagged in? they just believe in idea and see, how this idea will 0change the life of people or society. sometime, a normal idea bag lots of money due to effective execution. by the time, investors put their money in new idea; success is not guaranteed. investor just believe in idea and the capability of executor and play bet on it. success of start-ups don’t have any unique or predefined rules or pattern. it always starts with a rough and hypothetical business plan which always change as project grows and difficulties comes. i believe, it is most important that investor must do good mentorship after investing money in any project. a good mentor can provide the solutions of foreseen difficulties or at least share the experience which can help to understand the approach for the effective solution. we will talk about good mentorship in our next few posts. but, my advice to young entrepreneur that don’t only think about idea. please also think about how you will drive the business from your idea. how your idea will change the life of people? what is important – a good job with bad boss or a good boss in bad job? it is really difficult to choose between two, a bad boss or a bad job. many of us chose to stick with good job in spite of having a bad boss. we always neglect the fact that a bad boss can ruin your near future and your future growth is totally depend on present and near future. we always think that boss can be changed but jobs can’t and try to be little optimistic and ignore that the said fact. but believe me, it is always good to choose your boss over job. a good boss makes a bad job comfortable being supportive to you. if you will be stuck anywhere or in any work, a good boss will always take your side and will protect you but in case of a good job with bad boss will always take credit of work done by you or team. he never appreciates the team efforts or good work done by you. he always criticises you for small mistakes done by you and those mistakes will not harm company benefit and can be ignore easily. but, bad boss will make sure that you will be panelise for same. whereas a good boss always tries to make you improve your working style. in case of tight deadlines, he will make sure that he will be part of execution team and cherish team with valuable inputs and help. a good boss understands the complete job description and always tries to give comfort to team for doing work smoothly. he or she can’t change the company or job nature but helps team for building an enjoyable work environment. team which enjoy a lot at work is always productive and they do their work efficiently and effectively. team also know that their efforts will be paid off. and in case of bad boss, team always live in confusion and anxiety. they work without direction and due to this, they lag timeline and never get the desired result. they do work half hearted and always feel pressure due to insecurity. all these factor direct affect the productivity of team and good employees also get treat as useless resources for company and they can be easily thrown out from job. a good boss always keep team with him. wherever he or she will join, he keeps his team together and ensure that his team members grow with him. such kind of act create a trust among team and feeling of togetherness which a
